Teresa has taught exercise and dance classes for 25 years. When on the set of her son’s TV show, she combined prayer time with stretching and developed Holy Ground. In Exodus 3:5 God tells Moses, “Take off your sandals…for the place you are standing is Holy Ground.” We take off and let go of anything that is separating us from God; stress, sin, worries, responsibilities, grief, and pain. We sit and remember His love for us. Slowly we stretch, breath and release in Him. Every simple movement is covered in scriptural promises. Our body opens and strengthens, as does our soul, as we create Holy Space for God to heal us. Traditional yoga poses are used and modified to glorify the one true God who we are able to call Father through Jesus Christ His Son. Beginners welcome!
